Tough on the outside. Sweet on the inside.
Scam calls are where I started. Now I help with the rest of the phone, too.
Tough outside
- I answer unknown numbers before the phone rings
- I ask every stranger who they are and why they're calling
- I send obvious scams and robocalls to voicemail
- I warn them if a caller asks for money, codes or gift cards
- I alert you while the call is still going
Sweet inside
- I bring you into the call; the caller can't hear you
- I wait on hold and ring them when a person picks up
- I show every word in large type
- I work on any phone, even a landline
- I translate live calls, so you and the caller each hear your own language

One account for everyone you worry about.
Mom, Dad, Halmoni, Tía Rosa: up to five people, each in their own language. Every alert comes to you.
Frequently Asked Questions
How much does it cost?
$1.99 for the first two weeks, then $19.99 a month or $199 a year. Each extra person is $9.99 a month. Cancel anytime; refunds within 7 days.
How hard is setup?
You set it up from your own phone in a few minutes. If you turn on forwarding, I walk them through the one-time carrier step, in their language.
Which phones and carriers work?
iPhone and Android in the US. Forwarding works with carriers that support call forwarding. Without the app I ring their regular phone, so even a landline works.
Are you listening to all their calls?
No. I only handle the calls I answer. Callers hear that the call may be recorded, and you choose how long anything is kept.
Can you be wrong?
Yes. I recommend, and they decide. I explain my reasons in plain words, and family can help.
Do they keep their phone number?
Yes. They keep their phone and their number. I also give them a new Duri number, and calls to it come to me first. Forwarding calls from their existing number to me is optional: turn it on and I screen unknown callers there too.
What if an important call comes in?
I ask who's calling and why, and recommend picking up when it sounds real, like a doctor or pharmacy. If they miss it, the caller can leave a message.
What languages do you speak?
English, Spanish, Korean, Chinese, Vietnamese and Cantonese, with large text and simple screens.
Can I help during a call?
Yes. When I warn them, I alert you too. You can talk to them privately while the call goes on; the caller can't hear you.
Can I protect more than one person?
Yes. Up to five people on one account, each in their own language, with every alert coming to you.
